Solved: Network Connections Cannot Get An Ip
There's a million of them, just google any network adapters you don't recognize and if it is an IPV6 adapter just uninstall it. I found a fix after lots and lots of tries, The link speed of my ethernet adapter was set to "1Gbps full-duplex". Also, I think I changed the DNS to 126.96.36.199 or something. I still get the messsge "Can not display Web Page".
