Solved: Outlook 2003 Send - But No Receive Problem
This evening- after changing NOTHING, I was able to send out e-mail with attachment as long as I opened the e-mail and sent it individually. Thanks for the link, Kees. After spending hours changing settings talking to Comcast support that told me it was Microsoft issue. However, looking at the error, I would suggest you to double check if you have entered correct username and password.
