I just tested Pandora on my USB 1 Gig and I agree, it didn't do so well which I'm surprised.For hard drives, it's excellent and have had luck in the past After setting which cookies to save, I performed a cleanup.  I went in to IE and turned off the cleanup on IE shutdown.  I surfed the net for a while. But you may face a problem where your Recycle Bin gets corrupted and you have to repair or reset it. Please do not re-run any programs I suggest.
