I got everything to work ok & it ended the whole svchost problem. Therefore the reputation will NEVER go up. (Oh please symantec let me distribute the software that I created.)Just let it run a normal scan to see if it's safe. I don't know this for shure because I didn't have time to sit in front of the computer during the grueling HP all in one installation. ur d man! Even Windows auto updates can cause this problem, while it is downloading the patches. If you have Comcast internet service, they provide Macafe for free.

jel4 After doing some research this appears to be a Norton issue. Are you kidding? The memory could not be "written." Will continue searching until someone comes up with a solution - or until i have enough time to reload. Norton Scan of this file shows no virus…. Right now CLI.exe is using over 140KB of memory.
Restart the computer and see if you are still having the freezing issue.
