As long as people continue to use their garbage products, they will continue to produce garbage for their beta testers, oops sorry, I mean customers. How can Norton be so out of date? After several restarts, I'm done trying. If you have not restarted at all, please restart now, and then restart again after that.

I do know, however, that were I to encounter such a problem I would resolve it by immediately upgrading to Norton Anti-Virus 2004 Professional. Because you have NAV 2003 you cannot use LU to update virus definitions. Can't repair installation from add/remove programs--indicates program has been removed, would I like to remove the listing from add/remove programs. re-start and keep running liveupdate manually, restarting as required, until it say's no more updates...If you get any further problems, please post back and I'm sure USAF will be along to
