This will be a HARDWARE setup function on the TV - won't be from Windows. Does it have real-time output? Then if you need it back on just right click and enable, that is what worked for me. Dual monitor setup locks 144Hz monitor at 60Hz in Graphic Cards I've been running a multi-monitor setup for a while now, with an ASUS VG248QE 144Hz monitor as my main, and It will only record two minutes at most of motion, then back to off again.
