I have tried with few laptops and desktop it has the same problem kindly help me coz I just love my player and cant afford to buy a new 1' mail I'm so happy that I got my clip recognised. I've got two, one works the other didn't until your fix. First you need to identify where the device is mounted, then you determine what it's label is, then you relabel it.
