Solved! What is i use one of the ports for a non PoE device would it affect the device/portThanks Solved! This model has limited capabilities compared to our smart switches which can workwith SNMP and has more options in management. I didn't know there were two different holes you could poke and I was working in a dark room.Everything worked as designed after a proper factory reset.

I cant see anything related to the firmware or other settings in the Prosafe software other than it is online since the failed upgrade attempt and there is no factory reset The switch is working however when I attempted to upgrade the firmware to version number GS108E v1.0.0.6 it failed and now I can't access the admin page through the browser at
