Wasn't convinced that purchasing 2016 version would be my solution and was/am very annoyed since I only purchased 2015 version in May 2015. Not a problem Acknowledged In progress Solved This Worked for me To apply the workaround please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ATI Technologies\Multimedia\ and rename the file ‘atimpenc.dll’ to something else e.g. Image is attached- That is the screen under regular uninstall, not forced.
