If your present text editor has commands to use bold, italics, underline, or various fonts, it isn't dumb enough. You may find that the PDF won't allow you to select paragraphs in the correct order. Maybe you've brought in some ASCII text that had a line break or two after every paragraph and now with formatted text you don't need it. Simple, eh?

This morning I tested the Paste Special technique that was suggested in the previous comment. Word uses the characters ^p to represent a paragraph marker (or ^p^p for two of them), so: Type "^p^p" into the Find what box; and Type "[para]" into the Replace with box; This will make the program look for what those codes represent, rather than literally those characters. To strip the line breaks in your example, simply turn on the regular expression feature in your editor, do a search for all "\r\n", and replace with a blank.
