You the hero. I will never use it so It bothers me that its there. But, I did find the Add Remove Programs control panel did remove that obnoxious HP Share to Web Upload Folder. This is my problem. Check This Out

This should get rid of the folder from the desktop! The original poster wasn't aware of netequette and had cross-posted; thus, my reply went out to two unintended additional groups. There was no Delete option, and the only way to remove it, is by using its own special options provided by that icon when clicked with right mouse button on it. This is a peer-to-peer site devoted to resolving Windows XP problems; this is NOT Technical Support for HP software problems. When I clicked on uninstall from this sublist I was told I was about to uninstall the actual printer and everything else.
