My MOBO only has PCI-e 2.0 x16 slots, but I've read that I won't see any issues with a PCI-e 2.0 vs 3.0 on the MOBO. I have an ASUS laptop with pre-installed Windows 8 Home(UEFI). Now the plan is to format my SSD with my OS and the like on but my question is will I have to format my two 1TB drives? which pcie slot are you using for the gpu. I looked on Crucial and there are four choices for 16GB kits. it only came with 2gb and i would like more memory.

What about the recovery? Changing languages like that from the language that came installed on the computer will require a new product key or Windows won't activate. I then install Windows to the free space at the front of the drive.
Then once the hardware ID is checked and verified it activates.
