fourmis, Try This. This needs to be disabled and the cached selections will work properly thereafter. As far as I know, all other forms of autocomplete in MS Office are working just fine. Tried downloading through my desk top with is connected to the new modem/router via ethernet and everything came through ok.

They tested my comcast account 3 times and that was it.
