It does not hang in Outlook 2010, and it does not hang in Outlook 2003 working with an Exchange 2003. This morning, Outlook hung again. I can only get rid of it by going to the Task Manager. Disable your Outlook add-ins If the error occurs "Outlook is not responding" for the first time, then try to disable add-ons installed recently one by one.
