Initially I read your post and moved on but then came back and BOOM now outlook works perfectly. So we build another Exchange 2013 in the original domain where the 2003 server was and transferred all the mailboxes back to it. I deleted the back up and ran a repair on the current files. This problem can be solved by this but i have one more tool by which any non technical user can also run this software to resolve this error.
