I have no idea how to fix this or even where to start. I attached a NETGEAR dongle to my Dell PC. Since this was working fine under windows 7, does this sound like a bug for windows 10? Even tried a hard reset of the tablet...nothing. his comment is here

Then......Check all cables and connections are secure, in good condition and that they are plugged into the correct ports. Wireless Connected But No Internet Access I can't leave my wifi set to 20mhz only, and I most definitely can't change the settings on public hotspots or other private networks that I don't own.

I also changed the Vigor2820n router settings back to 20/40 MHz, Greenfield and replaced Mixed Mode with only 802.11n 2.4GHz Back up to speed, thanks to your posting. Hopefully this helps, although i'm sure you've most likely got this sorted now.
