I then went as far as to uninstall the Intel Wifi Management software and replaced it just with the adapter drivers but nothing is working.  I poked around in the adapter Now type ipconfig /renew.

I keep getting these pop-up messages saying that Internet Explorer is not working. Can't Connect To This Network Now type ipconfig /renew. Turning wireless off and on on those devices would resolve it til it happened again.
