External Hard Drive Not Showing

Under disk management, it shows 232 GB used (which is right), primary partition, healthy (active). I placed it into an enclosure, but still did not have any luck. I have tried ptdd's Fixboot (a solution suggested in many other forums in both auto and interactive mode) but it says boot sector not found.

Have you ever had to do any of the things here to fix an unrecognized external drive? If you have anyway to recall the picture and documents it would be appreciated so much.
